I drove from Daytona Beach, FL to repair the front suspension and to re-seal the rear engine section of my 2006 Subaru Outback and it was worth the 6.5 hours of traveling Jake was pretty accurate on his assesnent and repaired my car in a decent amount of time. “Alan at the Concord location was incredibly helpful, kind and fast! My parents are new to NC and have been putting off getting running boards installed for years. As they get on in age, getting into their SUV has gotten more difficult. Within 24 hours of consulting w/ Alan, we were back in the shop getting them installed! They’re perfect and he made sure my mom who is in her mid 70s was 100% happy before charging us a penny. Highly recommend! The only feedback we have is that when we drove by the other location first after calling over there, it looked closed even though it wasn’t…so we drove to Concord instead.”

You guys did a phenomenal with my vehicle. You guys worked into later hours for me. You guys even went an extra step on the hood for a better finish. I’m extremely happy with the outcome. The guys continued to give me updates on the progress of the vehicle. The store itself has all the products you’ll need to detail your vehicle. I added a before and after picture. You could see how bad my paint was before I brought it in. It had a TON of swirls and scratches. The final outcome got ride of all swirls and scratches. 🇺🇸”

So I then brought mine, was in and out and there was no funny business doing unasked for things trying to get more money. Was amazing. We had came after dropping the oldest child at school so got there early before opening. Most business wait until 8 on the dot to open but they opened doors early seeing they already had customers. Speaks volumes about wanting to give good customer experience. With having 2 toddlers to entertain I appreciated the opening early huge as well as the fast great service.
