“On Feb 24th, 2016, an adjuster for one of the major insurance companies came out to my home to evaluate wind damage to the shingles on my roof. The adjuster documented a total of '15' shingles were damaged. The Repair cost would be less than my deductible. I called JP Solutions and the owner came out and performed his evaluation, took pictures and found a total of 73 shingles were damaged or missing. As a result, I appealed the insurance adjuster's findings with the major insurance provider. After going back and forth with the provider, JP Solutions sent their report to the providers Corp office. The provider sent out a second adjuster (10 weeks later) who found 66 shingles were damaged or missing. Note the original adjuster found 15. After re-evaluation, the insurance provider agreed to replace the roof. In late May 2016, a crew arrived from JP Solutions and removed my old roof and replaced it with a new top-of-the-line roof. A great job all around from JP Solutions.”

“a couple of years ago, Steve replaced my old roof and did a great job doing so. he worked with m insurance adjuster through the whole process and took the stress of it all off of me. A couple of days ago, my wife noticed a roof leak in our home while it was raining. I called Steve at Tip Top Restoration and he was at my house in a couple of hours. he got right up on the roof and took care of some caulking that need to be done and noticed the gutter was clogged too. this was causing the water to back up into my roof line. he took the extra time to get out a hose and get back up the ladder and work the clogged debris out of my gutter. I hope I don't have a need for Steve in the near future, but if anyone needs a roof or restoration work, I would highly recommend Steve and Tip Top Restoration. it is hard to find reliable good contractors so when one goes above and beyond, I like to share that information.”

“My Only Source. I had used One Source prior. So, when I needed repairs done to a window and some house trim, I knew who I wanted to call. I looked all over the house for his contact information to no avail. I finally found it on Google. Greg started work as promised and finished early and at the agreed upon price. Afterwards, I inspected his repairs, I could not detect them. His work was so flawless that anyone would be hard-pressed to see where any repairs were made at all. As long as Greg is in business, we won't be calling anybody else. I have only one hesitation making this review. People will read it and it won't be so easy to get Greg back for the next project.”
