Always friendly and make sure I have what I need

I changed all my prescriptions over to HealthSmart after an UTTER CLUSTER F*** at Rite Aide and I had used them for YEARS in Charlotte and here in Conover. HealthSmart is FARRRRRRR and BEYOND a higher quality Pharmacy with MUCH better service, people, service, everything. The hours are not Ideal but I can deal with them. The service I get here is so much more personal. Its NEVER and issue to get my meds the same day. They are never filled wrong. They are rarely out and if they are I have them the next day. I can count on them when I need something even if its face wash, cough meds, or some of the WONDERFUL high end skincare or hair care they carry. Melina is GREAT!! I'll NEVER go back to a big, impersonal, pharmacy like Rite Aid. That place is full of techs who know NOTHING and that's scary. I was a TECH myself and I know when I see someone who doesn't know what they are doing. They are going to kill somebody. ROCK ON HEALTHSMART!! Way to go Melina and the Crew!!

This is the only pharmacy I use. The people are always pleasant and extremely helpful. They are always very quick, yet take the time to make you feel you are a valued customer. Best pharmacy in Catawba County that's for sure!!!!
