My husband went in Autozone, 16 & 150 Denver NC, to purchase a battery. The employees were nice, courteous and helped him pick out the right battery for his pickup truck. Then was asked very nicely, by store manager, Brad Carlton, if he would like him to install it, which was great! He also cleaned and repaired battery terminals. We will always shop Autozone Denver, 16 & 150, going forward.
It's refreshing to see young people treat older people with care and respect.

Over a month ago a gentleman helped me at this location, with changing my windshield wipers and making sure I got the correct ones. He not only changed it, but taught me how to change them myself moving forward. I forgot his name, but he said he travels to different locations to help out. Thank you sir. Your kindness did not go unnoticed, because I truly could not see with my old ones😂

Needed a battery for my Jeep Grand Cherokee as the battery that came with the vehicle was checked and found to have multiple bad cells. The location of the battery was UNDER the passenger seat and was quickly located and replaced!

Your location across the street and had Brad to check my battery post for me..Even though ya'll were closed and it was 7:10am and didn't open til 7:30am he opened the doors and came out to help me..He cleaned my post and retighten the cables..

I thank God for people like him..This is a store that truly cares about people..Thank you again Brad you were Awesome! Its good to know they are still good people in this world...
