The PLACE is fine. The employees were very considerate and professional when we went in to cancel our plan. The SERVICE itself however was horrible!
We were paying over $74 a month and the internet was down almost as often as it worked. And we live literally ONE mile from their tower. We couldn't watch a streaming program and be on a computer at the same time. Had to turn off wifi when we got home just to use our phones. Sometimes it would take almost 90 minutes to watch a 43 minute show! We had to call them several times a month because of unexplained outages. On the phone they kept telling us our password was wrong so they couldn't help us. It was a very aggravating experience having this internet provider! And all our neighbors have the same issues. I definitely do NOT recommend them as an internet provider.
