    I have been a Patient of Doctor Chatelain's for a few years now. I have never experienced a doctor that will listen to my concerns about my health like he has. He has provided me with great respect and kindness. I admire his knowledge and expertise as my Primary Care physician. He has never dismissed my questions and has always spend the time to research and provide me with an answer to my health needs . I am thankful for the health care that I receive from the professional staff that supports this practice. I am very fortunate to be alive today , thanks to this Medical Practice.
