I had tried on my own for a couple of years and could not get those stubborn pounds off. I feel like I have the tools to maintain as well. I work with 2 people who said they went to other centers and they have little to no change. Highly recommend!

They have a great weight loss plan and support group that will help you to achieve your goals. I have lost 28lbs and I have kept the weight off. I would highly recommend LMC if you are interested in losing weight and for their maintenance program.
