  I have had lower back pain for 8+ years. I never thought I would get rid of it without surgery. I actually went to a surgeon and begged him to operate on me. They said I wasn't to the point where it made sense to do a really invasive surgery. That's when I found Alan. OMG...I wish I would have gone years ago!!! After working with Alan for a couple of months, I am virtually pain free! Now there is plenty of work to be done outside the office to get results, but with Alan's "homework" I was able to exercise with just the equipment I had at home. I cannot say enough about the entire office and the care that I received there.

  I had a left hip issue which also presented me with right knee problem after about 4 months of compensating for the left hip when I would walk or run. I tried several things including massage, stretching and just pushing through my workouts. However, nothing would help. Finally, my daughter and son-in-law mention Alan and Kinetic Physical Therapy and I decided to give it a try. I was very skeptical about it but after diagnosis and one session the pain began to dissipate. Alan gave me strength exercises that focus on the injured parts of my body. After about 5-6 weeks i am no longer in pain and Alan has released me with a plan to continue to strengthen my hips. I can also say that I am back to running 4 times week.

  Alan is an incredibly knowledgable, experienced and patient physical therapist. At this office, you work strictly with PhD level therapists and not just with PT assistants. He called me to check on me after my first few visits which was above and beyond. This office provides excellent quality care and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Alan and staff did a superb job of explaining the nature of my rotator cuff injury and working with me to enable me to prepare for eventual surgery...Alan did a great job of going through my MRI and explaining what it all meant and that was invaluable....We then worked with treatment and various exercises to prepare me for recovery from my eventual surgery....Highly recommended.
