I'm a new rider. Went in with questions and wanting advice. I asked about helmet sizing, and the gentleman measured my head and told me my size. Tried on a few helmets and found one for me. Started to look at jackets, and was given advice about the jackets, armor rating, fitting, and comfort. He answered every question I had with a smile and a bevy of information. Decided to make my purchase. He made sure to ask if I tried everything on, if it fit, and if I was satisfied with my selections. I even asked about loading ramps and he actually suggested a cheaper alternative, since I was on a budget. Awesome.

Pleasant and friendly experience. If you're a bit shy about gear, riding or rides, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
