(May 9, 2019, 10:02 pm)The appointment I had scheduled for May 6, 2019 went very well.I had several different procedures performed before the actual eye examination was done by Dr. Crystal Hefner. Everyone made me feel at ease and treated me courteously and with the utmost respect. Dr. Hefner is a true professional and a very caring and concerned human being. She answered all questions I had concerning my eyes. I felt as if I were an individual and that my opinions mattered. I have a very high regard for everyone and also much gratitude to them.
