Everyone made me feel at ease and treated me courteously and with the utmost respect. Dr. Hefner is a true professional and a very caring and concerned human being. She answered all questions I had concerning my eyes. I felt as if I were an individual and that my opinions mattered. I have a very high regard for everyone and also much gratitude to them.
