Excellent in every aspect! The check-in associates are so sweet and helpful. They immediately put my son at ease and greeted him with a gift on surgery day. The anesthesia team was wonderful. They had a short video that showed us exactly what was going to take place. Every person on this team was so caring to us and our son. Dr. Thome and staff were so knowledgeable & calm. We felt trust in the entire process. This is such a professional and caring office. No detail was overlooked. HIGH PRAISE for this amazing group! Thank you!

We switched from Lincolnton Pediatric and my daughter says she likes this office better. We’ve had no bad experiences at Lincolnton, but she feels more comfortable here and said the staff were more engaging.

I loved them from the moment I arrived.. My daughter had to get her front teeth fixed and it was literally the first time I was actually leaving her. I was so worried , I started crying . The staff assured me she was in good hands kept checking on me and giving me updates on her procedure ..My daughters teeth looked great and they checked on me again .. I Love them I wish I could give 10 stars

This place is amazing, you step in and you don't feel is a dentist office, my son loves it. The staff is very friendly and kids feel comfortable, because staff speak their language. But most important is that they are very professional and knowledgeable, they answered all my questions and concerns. I can't recommend enough.
