Prompt service. The locksmith was very professional and was genuinely a pleasure to talk to while he made a new key for the U-Haul I rented.

Lost my keys to my storage unit and needed the lock cut off. Called at 8am to request service. Was able to meet me 2 hours later, arrived on time and was finished in under 10 minutes. Very pleasant experience and will defiantly be using him in the future in addition to referring him to others. Great customer service really does still exist.

This was my first experience with a locksmith, but if I ever have a problem with a lock, Mike is the first person I am calling. Not only was he extremely responsive - arriving at my place less than 30 minutes after speaking on the phone - he completed the job on an exterior lock quickly and offered advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. He even fixed an interior lock for free while I was getting his payment. I cannot speak highly enough about the service.

60 DOLLAR LOCKSMITH - FIVE STARS!! I needed my residential locks changed at a fairly late hour, earlier this week. I called Mike, he arrived in about an hour and a half after I called him, re-keyed my locks in about one hour (4 total) and provided me the cheapest quote of about five places that I called. His customer service and professionalism were spot on. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again, if necessary.

I used these guys for a quick mail box change. They were fast, customer service was great, and they were true to their price with no extra add on charges. I had called a lot of other places that started out low then had a bunch of pricy add on charges for the same job. These guys are honest and fast working.
