Poplar Point Campground

Went there last night to grab cigarettes and gas. I paid for it, I grabbed the cigarettes and forgot the gas. Called them up and talked with Nick he was unbelievable!!! Explained what had happened told me he tried to he remembered he tried to flag me down but I was gone. He printed a receipt told me to come back when I could. Went up got my gas . GREAT SERVICE.

Very nice place. Big sites.

Such a wonderful campground! My husband and I came for a weekend to get away from the craziness and the hustle and bustle and Poplar Point was too perfect. The sites are really well-spaced out and everything is so clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the trails and lake access are so convenient and clean too! If you are unable to reserve a site ahead of time and have to grab a FF (first come first serve) site like we did, be sure to get there before 5 on Friday to make sure there are sites available because they fill up FAST and there’s a line to check-in. All in all, such a great and beautiful place!!

The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. Cheryl is always extremely helpful and always greets me with a smile whenever I come in. This is the best store in all of Pinellas County!

Well. So much to say about Jordan Lake's Camping sites. All the information is updated often on the website. We camped for 3 days. Sites are, by personal opinion, close together, maybe 15 feet apart. You can park two cars. Noise is out at 10:00 PM. So for relaxing, great place. For laughing and partying, not so much. No alcohol is allowed.
Very family friendly. Kids on bikes and swimming, if you're close to the water. Or there are sites close to playgrounds. We were close to the water, so early in the morning I woke up to do yoga. We enjoyed the day out on the boat and returned to shower and cook. The restroom locations are mostly maintained cleaned. Some people just can't see the garbage can I guess. Showers are good enough. Bring your sandals.
You can relax on your chairs go fishing. Lots and lots to do there. The area at Jordan Lake is so big that I can't possibly say what is the best spot. It's a matter or opinion. But you can find lots of information on the website. Jordan Lake Recreational. Super Good Place.

Best store! Staff is always friendly, only down side is being a window service late night/early morning, kinda hard to get a polar pop then,lol.
But understand the reason for it.

This is a great store! The wait time is minimal and the staff is kind and courteous. The location is ideal for the neighborhood and it's easy to access from Tampa Rd.
