There is absolutely nothing the larger corporate mega banks have to offer that would make us leave as long as she is in charge. She and this bank are a perfect match for us.

(August 12, 2022, 9:10 am)Forget the MegaBanks where you're just a cog in the wheel of corporate shenanigans and unending fees; Fidelity is a Community Bank you can feel good about using. I switched to Fidelity over a year ago and couldn't be more pleased. Every person I've encountered there is dedicated, professional, very experienced in the industry and amiable and eager to assist. An added bonus is the atmosphere... no lines; your transactions take place in a comfortable, pleasant office. I enthusiastically recommend them.

(January 10, 2022, 9:37 am)Fidelity bank is the real deal. Everyone at the Pittsboro branch is awesome. They treat you the way you would expect as a bank Customer. They value your business which is something that I am not accustomed to. I came over from BB&T who in my opinion was the absolute worst banking experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend these folks. They are fabulous. Let them show you what banking is all about.
