Outstanding flavors, service and fantastic waitress who described the entrees perfectly. This restaurant is a diamond found in the rough. I will definitely be back. The whisky selection is very comprehensive.
The service was amazing, I wish I could remember his name, he deserves the props. My first time being there, I should have dressed warmer but also should have expected it to be on the chillier side since it's a fish place. The corn bisque was fantastic! My friend got the fish fry and loved it all as well. Hush puppies weren't my favourite, comparable to any others. I will be back again to try some more new things and enjoy the fantastic environment.
We went there for the first time today. We did have a reservation that requested a high chair and they definitely delivered. The food and service are amazing! Paige was very attentive and friendly. We went around 5pm just as they open and appetizer came really fast! The fish entrees we ordered were very fresh and delicious. We had chocolate flourless torte and that was yummy too! We will definitely be back!
Wonderful food their menu changes daily that's how fresh everything is suggest reservations unless it's only a party of two but do get there early if you don't have reservations fantastic place and a wonderful atmosphere and great staff
We decided to hop off the bypass of Pittsboro and venture into town. The Postal Fish company didn't disappoint. Ample parking and an early 5:15 reservation is how our experience started. Our waitress was wonderful and we started with one a bourbon and a punch that came with a great pour...... followed by the fish spread with deep fried saltines..... absolutely great.
My wife had the Cajun smoked catfish which was super and a serving size that requires a takeaway.....and I enjoyed the monkfish and scallops. Both dishes had a myriad of wonderful tastes.
This restaurant is a short drive and worth the visit.
