Seth and his team (tech Zack) at Quality equipment in Pittsboro, Provided incredible customer service addressing an issue with my tractor. I bought my tractor to quality because it kept stalling in the field. After troubleshooting, they could not get it to stall at the shop. Upon, getting it home and using it, it continued to stall. Seth sent out his team to troubleshoot the issue in the field.
What I really Appreciate was the concern to fix my tractor. They left an open ticket until we figured out what was wrong with my tractor. Once they figured out, it was a fuel issue They were able to address the issue and complete the repairs. I appreciate everybody’s patience and willingness to get to the bottom of the issue. These guys are great. My S240 mower lost a belt and I was back in business the next day. Pickup/return was very reasonable cost-wise, and the warranty work done just as laid out in the purchase info. If you want to buy equipment or have service work done, I highly recommend this business. Keith

The Quality Equipment located in Pittsboro, NC did a great job handling a repair on the gas tank that required the whole top body to be removed off the mower. They picked up and delivered my mower very quickly and were on time. Very reasonable and good to deal with. They will be my tractor go to from now on.

Seth Smith was so helpful with my diesel John Deere Mower. He sent his guys out right away to pick up my mower but they recognized the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. I didn't have to have it taken to the shop after all. They are all so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful to deal with such knowledgable people.
