Julie is AWESOME! Not only did she sell my house quickly, but she also saved me THOUSANDS by advising me to get a second opinion on the bank's home inspection report that stated the foundation needed to be re-leveled. Spent a couple hundred bucks to get a Licensed Structural Engineer's professional opinion and a stamped engineering report stating the foundation was structurally sound and saved $10,0000!!!!
