(August 10, 2019, 6:34 pm)In late July McIntyre’s Bookstore in beautiful Fearrington Village, hosted me for their weekly story time to share my children’s travel and adventure picture book, Mommy’s Big, Red Monster Truck, with area kiddos. I was so impressed with this gorgeous store and it’s talented and knowledgeable booksellers. McIntyre’s vast selection of books and support of local authors is incredible. It is an exemplary bookstore. All bookshops should strive for this level of excellence. The amazing interactive story time events keep kids engaged and completely inspired. Most definitely one of the BEST bookstores I’ve ever visited. Not to mention it is located on the gorgeous grounds of Fearrington Village that include a farm with livestock, restaurants and shops. You must visit!
