“We have been camping for over 40 years and have owned six rigs from a popup to Class As. We have never experienced as terrific a dealership as D&H RV Center from Sales to Service. We purchased a new Class C that had to be built by the manufacturer. Our salesperson, Jeremy, worked with us over several sessions to make sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. He kept us informed as to its build status as there were several supply issues at the manufacturing facility. We were extremely pleased when it finally arrived. I immediately had a hot water tank issue the day we were taking it on our first camping trip. I talked to Jared in the Service area. He got the problem fixed for us immediately and noticed a crack in the skylight. He ordered a new skylight for us. We then took it on a three day camping trip to test everything. We put together a Punch List and called the Service Department. We could not have been more pleased with them giving us a quick appointment so we could get back on the road. Jared, in particular, did an outstanding job, along with the rest of the Service Department, in correcting all of our issues. We could not be more pleased with the personnel at D&H RV Center and their professional approach to us as customers.”

Our car was taken back immediately upon arriving for our appointment and the waiting room / interior of the shop/ building was super nice and pleasant to wait in. Significantly nicer than most shops waiting areas. The service was completed and our car was ready for us in half the time I expected and we quickly and easily checked out with the friendly and competent front desk clerk / admin. This was my first time here at Sanders and I'll without a doubt be a long time customer from now on. We had a perfect experience in regards to what one could ask for in a visit to an auto repair shop and I'm very happy to have found them. Another plus for them is that when our car was finished, we didn't get a long list of things that we should have fixed. I am able to run pretty deep diagnostics on my own car and I was aware that there weren't any other issues I needed to worry about and it was super refreshing that they didn't load us up with a bunch of recommended repairs or services like almost every ither shop has always done. I'm sure I'll be a loyal long term customer at this point. They really set a new standard for auto repair shops and I couldn't ask for more. Heads up to future customers: The pic on Google shows the old shop. Their new shop is located directly in front of the shop shown on in the 1st photo, directly across the street. The new shop is a very nice, new building and the pic should really be updated because the new shop is a super nice and inciting building.”
