I have been there several times for lightweight items like steering shaft, alignment, diagnosis, etc... They always treat me with respect, good communication, and trying to provide the best price and quality work. Really the "ideal" local shop to have. I popped in the other day as I was doing some repairs on my own vehicle at home and couldn't find a specific nut from any local hardware/auto stores - the employee went in the back and found the right size nut and had me back up and going same day. Really appreciate their help each time. Let's hope things don't change and they keep employee great people, skilled at what they do with customer first intentions.”

“Met with friendly knowledgeable sales people, great local building supply store with a relaxed atmosphere. Not a huge corporation or one of the typical "big box" stores. A great place to go and get all the same goods as those places knowing you're supporting a long standing local business. And they're now going to be offering Everlast, a lifetime warranted composite siding option that you'd never have to paint again with minimal maintenance. Many other great things to find here for taking care of small repairs to building an entire house. Help your local businesses stay in business.”

“Let's start with it's the Waffle House. It's not fine dining....just a decent meal with a cult following. (Proud member of Waffle House Libertarian Caucus) He had more good experiences here than bad. The long time staff is always attentive and work hard. We had Allison today and she was equally as good. We usually only wait 5-10 minutes for a table. I am currently obsessed with the omelettes and highly recommend the cheesesteak. The Christmas tree is a nice touch.”

“Went with our grandson to "trunk or treat". Everyone very friendly. My husband is part of the pyrotechnics team and they had fireworks this year. The fireworks were awesome. The church is very nice and the grounds are well kept. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the cemetary. Loved the benches.”

“Free access to Jordan Lake for flat water and is also the take out for the lower Haw. Lower Haw is a class III run that changes drastically with differing water levels. Really fun section with some great play for competent whitewater kayakers. Know what you're getting into before paddling this section of river. ... Or any river for that matter :)”
