“Best. Mattress. Ever. Seriously. I wish I had found OMF a long time ago! Don't waste your time with big box stores. And best part is it's made locally! Purchased the Extra Firm. Was worried it would be too hard, but not at all (note, if you try out the one in the store know that it has been used, so it's not going to be as firm as when brand new). Side sleeper and this mattress is heaven for a good night sleep! It keeps spine in alignment and I wake up with no pain. Have spent thousands of dollars on high-end and plush mattresses (Serta to Sealy to Westin Heavenly Bed +, which is a joke!), because that's what I always liked and thought I needed. This OMF mattress is utilitarian, yet simple, flippable and comfortable. The best part is a good night sleep after searching many years. OMF at this CH location was great. The sales guy was knowledgeable but not pushy. He explained everything in detail and allowed me to ask questions. No upsell. Demonstrated the difference between OMF and competitor. Much better quality! In and out in 20 mins. Delivery was a breeze too, even while having to manage stairs. Got a phone call a week after delivery and even a postcard. There's an app for a reminder when it's time to flip the mattress (yes this matters). Top notch customer service, product and guarantee. Would recommend OMF to anyone else and when I need a new mattress I know where to go!”

“We had a rogue bat venture down our chimney and tuck itself in behind our fireplace insert. Dan came out after 9 o'clock PM and quickly assessed the situation and easily removed the bat. He came back during daylight hours to check the chimney cap to make sure there wasn't a larger nesting/brooding/access issue. We were very pleased with his availability and knowledge, and won't hesitate to contact ASAP Wildlife for any future wildlife concerns.”

“Dillingers in Pittsboro is a fun experience and features a robot that delivers your order to your table. It's really caught on so sometimes it is a little hard to get a table around lunchtime. They recently upgraded their menu greatly expanding the available options. They may have gotten a little ahead of themselves, however. Today when I ordered the newly added roast beef sandwich I was told they ran out of roast beef. My second choice was the newly added Reuben, but I was told they hadn't yet gotten any corned beef. So, I settled for a cheeseburger. As always, a good choice as a large patty, nicely cooked medium rare arrived on a delicious bun. They have a double-burger on the menu, but the regular burgers are so big, I don't think I could eat one. Despite the busy scene, the wait staff always keeps on top of things with homey, pleasant service. I think much of their staff has been with them since they opened. Anyway if you're looking for a pleasant place with a nice selection of good options, give Dillingers a try. I think you'll like it.”

“As always, I don't normally leave reviews for chain places simply because I expect the same level of quality and service from every chain location no matter where in the country I am. So if I decided to do so, something very positive or very negative prompted the review. That is the case here. It was the staff that received this rating. I placed an order online and when I made a change, it reset my crust selection. I did not catch it until the confirmation text. When I called, unfortunately for me, I was informed the driver had already left. Fair enough. When he arrived, I explained the mistake and asked him to donate the pizza to anyone so that it would not go to waste. He asked me several times if I were sure, but I know me and if it's something I don't like or want, it's just going in the trash and I hate wasting food. He took the pizza and asked if I had already paid online and I had. So he said that he would see about either a replacement pizza or at least a refund. I told him not to worry about it as it meant he would lose his tip and he did deliver the pizza. He was very polite and we parted ways. A few minutes later I received a text explaining that they were going to remake the pizza and he would be right back. This error was not his fault nor the store staff's fault and yet they went out of their way to correct the issue. They absolutely deserve this rating. I would make it higher if I could because that is the kind of customer service we need in all industries. Way to go guys and gals!”

“Honey Wine tasting was interesting & so much fun! My friend & I loved this place. The tasting allowed for 8 choices. I enjoyed the apple & chai the most. My friend liked the peach! The girl that waited on us talked us thru the different selections & was wonderful. Highly recommend if you’re in the area to stop by!”
