I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for service or to recommend him, but with a heads up to be prepared to pay more for that knowledge and reliability. He is very expensive. Our service took under an hour and a half. He supplied a replacement outdoor faucet and those were his only parts as we already had the disposal that he installed. The bill was $300.00.”

“Stopped for gas on our way to Southern Supreme and decided to grab a bite to eat at the grill. They ran out of hamburger meat while we were in line but the burgers looked delicious. Meat is delivered by a local butcher. We had Brightleaf hot dogs and onion rings which were very good. Had the opportunity to sit and chat with the owner who said their bbq is cooked locally as well. He also suggested local potteries to visit and what to try at Southern Supreme. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.”

“Nov. 2021, Loop 1 #12. Parkers Creek is one of several camping areas around Jordan Lake. We found the campground very nice, easy access. The sites that we saw were all pretty level, with plenty of shade trees all around. There are a few trails that pass through or near the campground. Bath house was fine, we enjoyed our weekend there.”

“We happened to be in the area. It was such a beautiful day and we wanted to walk around and enjoy it. We knew of Ferrington Village, but hadn't been in the area for quite sometime, but yesterday we changed that. So many interesting shops. We wandered into Dovecote, my daughter and I, couldn't resist looking at all of the beautiful things they have there. My daughter and I were greeted 3 different times with wonderful big smiles and courteous despite our less than "pretty "attire (we had been at an outdoor clean up event at Jordan Lake) so sweatshirts & rainboots were our dress. Lovely store, staff and merchandise. I can't wait to go back with more time to actually shop!”
