“We had a truck/trailer get stuck in a residential area after he had gotten lost with his GPS. It had just rained and it was too muddy for him to back out on his own. I called Jones and Sons at 3 in the morning EST and they were more polite than most people I call during normal business hours. They were out to my driver in about an hour and while the situation didn't end up as easy as previously thought, Michael went above and beyond what was asked of him. Every person I spoke with was polite and helpful. Their rate beat any other company that was willing to come out that morning (which was not many). I can't say enough good things about this company and our experience, albeit short, was exceptional. Again, thank you.”
