“I have lived here a while I absolutely love the new owner he has really cleaned this place up alot and has made and is continuing to make HUGE changes! I can sleep now without hearing kids out side screaming and yelling no basketballs bouncing outside my windows. He's very strict about kids being unattended, he requires parents to be with their children supervising them to ensure they are not loud and disturbing the other tenants as well as for everyone's safety which I love! He is very dedicated to making this a better community for everyone, even coming on the weekends to continue making improvements. He is very friendly and polite and even though when you see him he's working really hard he takes the time to acknowledge you and say hello. You can tell he cares alot about this property and making sure the tenants who live here have what they need and ensure they get the best. He is much better than the previous owner by putting time and effort into this property and making it the best community possible. I feel alot safer knowing there are cameras monitoring the property as well as having an on-site officer on the property as well. The manager of the property is very polite and helpful! She goes out of her way for the tenants here even taking property related calls after hours and on her days off. She ensures that work orders are put in immediately for anything that may need a repair and makes sure the tenants are taken care of in a timely manner all of which she shows care and compassion to any issues tenants have. She is very flexible when you want to schedule a viewing working with whatever time is convenient for you. She is absolutely amazing, and a wonderful manager of the property who puts time and effort into taking care of all the tenants. Couldn't ask for a better manager who is so friendly and helps make living here an absolute joy!”
