(March 28, 2019, 3:23 pm)Had an issue with a pc This was on Saturday. They were the only place open on Saturday. Called Ryan and took my pc in. He called me and said it would be ready between 11-11:30am When I arrived it was ready for pick up. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
(March 20, 2019, 6:46 pm)I took in an old MacBook Pro (2010 15") that was I having issues with to these guys about a month ago and after the (expensive but cheaper than a new Mac) initial repair of replacing the HD with an SSD and upgrading the RAM the problem was still not fixed. I contacted Ryan (the resident Mac Pro who did the work) told him about it and even directed him to a helpful forum for Macs so that he could get some better insight into what the issue was with the machine. Long story short I now basically have new computer thanks to having a new battery installed as well as having the EFI, BIOS and GPU chips replaced. If that was not enough all the new parts are backed by a lifetime warranty as well. I can't really say enough about the customer service here because Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend PC Paramedic.
(March 15, 2019, 4:39 pm)I'm so glad I decided to bring my tablet in for repair to these guys. They knew exactly what was wrong with it! And even took the time to educate me for future problems! Ryan is for sure a class act!
