    Excellent!
    Sarah is great and always gives your body a relaxing stretch and your spirit an uplifting boost when depleated and your mind a point to refocus your intentions. I attend every chance I get. Don't waste your time participating in any other beach yoga class!

    Excellent class with Sarah at the Beach. Perfect class to enjoy the beauty of the beach with an awesome instructor. Class is perfect to all levels of yogis. Highly recommend Soulshine Yoga in Corolla and the classes they teach. Sarah is an incredible yoga instructor.

    You won’t find a more professional yoga studio in OBX. Classes on the beach, or in the studio. This is a year round operation. Ask for Sarah...she is the best!
