“Dinner at Okinawa was great. Surprisingly there were very few people there so we were able to get a table immediately even as group of 5. Service was quick and very friendly. Food was great. We did the regular party tray for $85 and it was more than enough for 4 people. I also ate the teriyaki chicken bowl which was also delicious, and had lots of fresh vegetables also. Would definitely eat here again.”

“This place was recommended by our tour guide from Corolla, in the Outer Banks as a good simple place for great fresh seafood. We both ordered the fried oysters plate for 18.00 and came with 2 plentiful sides of tasty canned green beans and slaw. The oysters were on the smaller size but fried perfectly and tasty. You order at the counter_ they hand you a buzzer and you go find a seat, when the food is ready- about less than 5-10 minutes, you go back to the takeout window and pick up your order. Simple and efficient and self serve your fountain drinks.”

“We tried this restaurant based on the positive reviews, I will say my husband wanted to walk out when we first walked in as it’s very small inside and the ambience to us, “is very very rustic, simple, basic”-if this place was filled there would be no way I would enjoy eating here because for us it’s like sardines crammed in a tin can. But that is us. Place is older so not pristine clean- Now I will say the young lady who that night was the front of the house, waitress and bartender, was super sweet. Food Was actually pretty good. Fish was great. Rice with 2 beans was a bit dry, crab dip appetizer was good, over all - enjoyable meal.”

“The first time I went to get my 3nd Covid vaccine there was no one at the front desk (at 11:30 am). I could see a man in a cubicle to the right side & a lady he was talking to thru a window. I made my presence known & waited about 20 mins. Neither acknowledged me or ask if they could help me. They knew I was there because they commented on how the front desk is supposed to be covered at lunch but it rarely was. I finally left. Went back the next week and received better service from the 3 people from the Air Force administering vaccines than from the actual Health Dept employees.”

“Had a great experience last weekend, worked with Ann and got a 50 AMP full hookup for a Friday-Monday stay. Awesome sunrise views with water and some beautiful wooded areas. Fished from bulkhead with little success due to the heat and time of day but we enjoyed the quiet relaxed atmosphere. Nice open areas to explore or walking the dog. The folks there are great, the campgrounds are well groomed, trash removal pickup close to sites. We were not on the waterfront but had a site on the pull through center section but still could enjoy the water view from there.We live in Virginia Beach just so it's in easy striking distance and we will be back!”

“Had lunch here after the long drive from WV to NC (Outer Banks). We met some friends and decided to have lunch as a group of 8. Although the place was busy, we were waited on pretty quickly as it was not a server at your table kind of place. You placed your order and had a seat and the order was brought to your table. The food here was really good and they had an amazing steak and cheese sub. Probably one of the best I have had in a long time! It had a lot of tender meat that was very flavorful and gooey cheese that was a good compliment to the sandwich. I did notice that the sandwich had a fair amount of grease as did the onion rings but the food all had great flavor. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly. “We had a great stay here in August '22. I've never been on the 4x4 beaches before and was intimidated at first but later found out that airing down your tires and having AWD with reasonable clearance is enough to get to the house. I would avoid driving on the beach at high tide where the beach to dune section gets skinny. The house itself was perfect for our group (4 couples plus 2 kids). Plenty of space and basically everything you need is in the house. And the proximity to horses was very cool! My only complaint is that there were a number of small wasp nests in the eves of the house and one near the pool. Nobody was stung but it was a constant fear for the kids.”

“This is THE PLACE for the FULL LINE of AMSOIL products. I found that AMSOIL.was getting hard to find except maybe on line🤔. I have watched the videos on line about the torture test done on a Harley Davidson and the excellent results achieve using the Amsoil 20-50wt V Twin motorcycle oil. I will personally not run anything else in my Harley's. I am even going to swap from Mobil 1 ( which is an excellent oil) but I have since found out that really isn't 100% synthetic!! 🤔It is a blend but is allowed to be called.synthetic because it has a majority of synthetic in it . The reviews on the Amsoil equivalent is like near 45% more protection for my Turbo car a Hyundai Veloster Turbo) then even the Mobil 1!!!. And when it comes to my Honda 700 that runs Mobil1 4 T synthetic I'm ( yeah you guessed it ) going for the Amsoil equivalent in that as well. You'll be able to call me Mr AMSOIL.😂😂🤣🤣😎. Love the Friendly atmosphere there at the the store in Moyock NC ( WAO Garage) I even had the car windows TINTED there..Shout out to Liz and my main man Barry and the team.👍🇺🇸🇬🇧😎.”

“7/24/22 Visited the restaurant today after our Corolla Wild Horse Tour. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and the kitchen staff cook informed us that they were closed. We were greeted by a young lady named Destiny who told us that we could get a takeout order. We tried their beef brisket & ribs with sides of fried okra, coleslaw and potato salad we asked for an order of baked beans which were left out and iced tea. The meat was good as was the potato salad and okra the slaw was okay. The ribs & brisket had really good seasoning and the BBQ sauce was good but a very small amount. We may try the Nags Head location next time to see if they have better preparation.”

I got all the info I needed for targeting the species I wanted Don't know why people with thin skin continue to travel to local spots and not understand other people's personalities. . You have to understand how people talk in other areas. I was in the store many times and listened to the questions the lady behind the counter was getting and I can understand being frustrated. She literally is trying to help all the people who come in make sure they get the right product and has no problem making sure you know what your buying and if it suits what your targeting.”
