The food was so good! The hand cut fries were perfectly cooked! The prime rib sandwich and burger were excellent! We sat outside and the weather was nice with a slight breeze. The two waitresses were very kind and attentive! Great food and service! We like sitting outside so we enjoyed it! The inside seating is limited but nice too.
First time at Art's in the twenty four years we have been coming to the Outer Banks. We have wasted those years in trying this place. Spacious outdoor seating and limited indoor seating. Excellent pub/beach menu, beer, wine and specialty drinks. Food is immediately brought to table from the grill. Servers are personable and excellent. Hats off to Tisha who handled our every request. Light board with daily specials - food and beverage. Opens for breakfast then closes for a half hour to prepare for the lunch crowd. More than a dozen patrons waiting behind us to get in and seated. Hour and a half wait when we left (12:45pm on a Sunday). Our new go-to place.
Amazing place. They have an upstairs outdoor bar with a beautiful view on the ocean where we went while waiting for our table. The food was delicious and the prices are more than reasonable. Would love to visit again.
Really good. A bit crowded inside for sure, seems most people can't read the sign on the door that says only one person should come to check in. The pancakes are huge, you really don't need much else if you get those. They are good too, better than the French toast. The other eggs and bacon were good too. Know that they will start cutting off people from breakfast once they won't be able to sit you in time, and the servers do seem to get busy.
We totally enjoyed our lunch, sitting outside in the beautiful weather yesterday. We had burgers—mine was a blue cheeseburger and my husband’s was a mushroom burger. Both were cooked fresh to our orders and were delicious! I had sweet potato fries and my husband had onion rings. My fries were the best I’ve had in a long time—sprinkled with sugar and salt. Get it!
