Pleased with the service here. I spent $60 to redo the heels of my booties (including replacing the sole and re-wrapping the heel when the original material was peeling away). Not super cheap, but I was aware of the price up front and was very happy with how everything turned out (they matched the heel wrap nicely -- looks like new).

Went to have a dress shoe repaired. Dropped it off on Wednesday and was told it would be ready on Saturday but was unfortunately out of town over the weekend and couldn't pick it up until Monday after work but fortunately they were very accommodating. The staff were very professional and my shoes look just as good as the day I bought them. They even have a 90 day guarantee on all their work where if anything were to happen to my shoes within the next 90 days I could just take them back to be repaired for free. Also very reasonably priced for the area and will definitely return should I need any work done again.

Their service and their work is fantastic! They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for -- this is the only place in the area I'd trust with my favorite shoes and higher end handbags.

They've also gone above and beyond to save me money and hassle -- following up with the manufacturer of my suitcase several times until the replacement part was sent for free.

I almost never write reviews but I can't recommend them enough!
