  Very hot. Was 86 degrees in the gym. Idk if its broken or thats where they keep it, but it's not very pleasant temperature for working out. Rather use napkins than shop rags to wipe machines down as well

THE GYM IS OPEN 24/7, WITH MEMBERSHIP PASS, AND IT IS A MUCH FRIENDLIER PLACE THAN THE IMPERSONAL GYMS THAT CATER TO THE MASSES. TRIANGLE GYM HONORS THE SILVER SNEAKERS FITNESS PASS FOR SENIOR CITIZEN MEDICARE RECIPIENTS AND THERE IS PLENTY OF CURB SIDE PARKING WITHOUT HAVING TO WALK LONG DISTANCES.

  My daughter and I joined this gym about a month ago, we absolutely love it! You don't have to worry about waiting for equipment. The equipment is nice, and they have a good variety. They also offer several different types of classes, which I personally love. Everyone has been nice, even others that are working out.
