Living at Cortland at PCR has been an overall great experience, a lot of credit to be given to the maintenance team, and specifically the service manager, Thompson! All of my requests have been fulfilled in a timely manner and the efficiency at which requests have been completed is remarkable! 10/10 would recommend this property to anybody that will listen! I just moved out of this complex a few months ago but never had any major problems. My A/C went out last summer and the maintenance team was great. Alex and his manager Thompson got me up and running quickly without any issues. Both of them were professional and personable. The type of guys you would have a drink and cook out with. I wish them the best!

The staff here has been very helpful and friendly anytime I have come into the office! As for our apartment, it is everything we were looking for, the space is bright and we have had good luck with our neighbors. No issues so far! We lucked out with this property.
