Quality Inn & Suites

Everything was great about this motel except the hot tub needed filter changed because when I turned on jets something brown came out of it. I told the staff but nothing was done about it and I'm an elite member w choice motels. But other than that it's a great place to stay easy to find and close by stores and restaurants

Good experience. Room was clean. Practically entire hotel had a smell. There seem to be no fresh air circulating. Lady at front desk with no name tag was not to customer friendly. Went out and returned and a man was also at front desk. He was very customer friendly. He greeted us and ask about the room and if we were enjoying our stay.

Check-in and out was easy
Free self-parking was ample
Located near a shopping mall and a Cracker Barrel
Rooms were well lit, comfortable and clean.
No smoke smell in room
Bathroom shower was hot with good pressure.
Had a room with adjoining door but didn’t hear neighbors from that door, heard them in the hallway.
