Working with Josh at the Denver LL Flooring store was a great experience. He was knowledgeable, and friendly and took the time to walk us through the different types of flooring options we had for our project (primarily engineered hardwood or solid hardwood for our needs). He set us up with the install company, who came out and did the measurements, and then he walked through the quote with us line by line to ensure we understood what is included in the installation and materials.
Hoping that our experience with the installers is as good as it was working with Josh.

We ordered an engineered hardwood product from LL. The price was substantially less than competitors we priced, and the product was delivered to our house and brought into the work area. Prior to installation I went into the local store and spoke with Demetrius and Joseph who helped me get additional items I needed and also gave me installation tips. When I finished I had excess material and they refunded the material we returned without any hassle. We will definitely come back to LL for our next flooring project.

I bought flooring materials for my condo from these guys. Everything was there when they said it would be, and they even gave me a veteran's discount. Of course I bought more material than needed, and returning the extra boxes was easy. Smooth transaction.

Bought our LVP here to refinish our basement and installed it ourself. The staff were extremely helpful in both picking out product and giving tips on installation. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for our next project!

Service at the Acoma St location in Denver was fantastic! They helped me with the selection process, made sure I got what I needed and were professional and responsive every step of the way. I used the flooring in a little rental condo that I have and it was fantastic! It totally transformed my space and looks clean, light and amazing throughout. I rented it in one day!

Really really nice guys who are extremely competent at their job. I am very grateful for their service to our community. The response time was amazing. While I hope I never need their services again, if I do, I feel confident that we are in good hands.
