We were immediately greeted by Margaret and let us know she was available if we needed her assistance. It didn't take us long to find the "just right" recliner for us! The price was a little high for a floor model (they didn't have any in the back) but after learning they're a family run for many years, we didn't mind paying a little extra to support a local small business. They do offer delivery if it's local for $80 or $85, can't recall but we opted to pick it up ourselves. Overall, great customer service and large selection, will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Being new to camping and RV's, I had no real idea where to go to get the correct answers and guidance. I visited a few other dealers to get an idea of what I was looking. A friend recommended Country Roads. I made a deal with them over the phone. Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I had priced. Country Roads arranged a "demo day" for us to go over the unit from start to finish, which helped me understand how to operate the rig. We arranged for them to deliver the camper to our location, which they did so on a Sunday morning. The delivery driver stayed with me to make sure I had everything set up correctly and didn't leave until I was good to go. He also gave me his cell number in case I had any issues. I was very impressed with this operation and it is great to see a dealer out there who understands customer service. I would highly recommend Country Roads to those looking for quality customer service at a fair price. Jeff runs a great dealership and they are great to work with!”
