Absolutely excellent place to do business with. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rates are good and the vehicles are clean and on top condition. I really want to give a shot out to Miles. He was very helpful and greatly added to the experience. Will go there whenever I need to rent.

I usually go to the Emerald Aisle at ONT, but they were sold out this time, so I decided to try this Enterprise location. Definitely glad I went with it! Page greeted me and took me right to the garage where they had my car waiting. I decided to take an upgrade that was offered at a good price, and got into a BRAND NEW Mercedes E-Class with just a couple hundred miles on it! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Also have to shout out David for checking me in upon return, and Keith for giving me a ride back to work!

This was my first time ever renting a vehicle & Rahma Baaree made it so easy & welcoming. I came into their facility very stressed on what documents & requirements were needed & she helped me out a lot. Also, when I returned my vehicle the gentleman who attended me, was very helpful as well with any questions I had.

This location has EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Diego W. and Taylor made our experience with enterprise a GREAT ONE. I always rent from this location and will continue to rent from this location. The employees really take care of you and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your rental.

This branch is awesome and Matt is great. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I prefer this location. Desiree', Elena, Renee' and the rest of the staff go above and beyond daily! I prefer to remt here than other locations. They work well together, like family.
