“Place is always jammed but the office workers really do try to do all they can to help. Many times there is a customer in there that is upset because of their insurance or don't really understand their insurance and what they pay. That is not the labs fault. I see the nurses helping the elderly to their cars if needed. The online check-in in lobby requires a license and is a little tricky but once the info is in there it is easy to check in subsequent times but you still need your license ****Drug screen hours are different than regular hours. 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-4 pm****”

“I worked there for around 3years part time it's not as bad as people think it is I don't care how run down or how fancy a place is it depends on the nurse and the cnas as to how you family members are taken care of. If you care about your family members then go different times of the day or night to see how they are taken care of and you know what it would not hurt a family members to help with their family member they waited on you when you were small it would not hurt you to do the same.”

“I highly recommend this facility. My mother spent almost a month here recovering from a fractured spine and she was sorry to have to leave! She received the kind of care money can't buy. Everyone and I mean everyone we met couldn't have been nicer, more professional and kind. The nurses were angels, the rehab staff was amazing, the food service was delicious and tailored to her needs. The admitting staff was helpful and sympathetic. The nurse who accompanied my mom to her doctor's appointments was warm, knowledgeable and so reassuring to my mother. I could go on and on with glowing reviews. (They even allowed us to bring our family pets to see my mom!) This place was a godsend to our family. The staff took a very upsetting situation and turned it into a loving, healing and lovely experience for our family. We will be forever grateful for their kindness.”

“I had a very sick child today. They worked her in and was able to see her within hours of calling. The front staff was so busy answering calls, trying to get people checked in, doing letters for school. They were so friendly even with everything going on. So many sick children there. Got our daughter checked right in. The back staff called her right back got vitals gave her tylenol and sent us back to the waiting room. We waited maybe 2 minutes and was put right into a room. We saw Teresa today who was absolutely amazing with my child and the nurse that came to swab her. We appreciate your kindness and thoroughness at our visit today!”

“I have been going here the last two years and I have no complaints. The staff has always been incredibly friendly. They have good prices for people with no insurance as well, which is helpful. Due to Covid, your appointment will have to be scheduled about a month or two out, but that also means less patients waiting.
