“I had a very sick child today. They worked her in and was able to see her within hours of calling. The front staff was so busy answering calls, trying to get people checked in, doing letters for school. They were so friendly even with everything going on. So many sick children there. Got our daughter checked right in. The back staff called her right back got vitals gave her tylenol and sent us back to the waiting room. We waited maybe 2 minutes and was put right into a room. We saw Teresa today who was absolutely amazing with my child and the nurse that came to swab her. We appreciate your kindness and thoroughness at our visit today!”

“Well I originally switch thinking better service than last doctor. I've been going to VA in Salisbury. Local doctors office was Lexington Family physicians. I thought it was time for a change. Don't mind PAs like to see a doctor at least once a year. So like everyone else is saying no wait time pretty much at all. All the staff are awesome. Doctor well we could have done my complete annual physical over the phone. 15 minutes tops basically your blood work is great. I want to see you in 4 months. A little shocked at this. No questions about pains, concerns or anything else. I stopped him as he was headed out the door. I ask about some knots on my neck just under the skin. He looked and said wash the with antibacterial soap. I guess I can hope they are nothing more than something inflamed. To be honest the VA was looking good that day.”
