“I've had children at this school for 3 years now, and I'm impressed with the level of passion and dedication I've seen from all of the staff I've encountered. They really care about the students and go above and beyond to help them in any way they can. The PTO works really hard to make a difference as well. Great school with great kids and great teachers! I do think the athletics programs could be a little better, though. I don't think that's necessarily a reflection on the school so much as a reflection on the lack of experienced volunteers that help with the athletics.”

“First impression, lobby was clean and nice. It's a little out of the way if your goal is to stay off the main drag, but it wasn't bad. It's not super close to anything other than a gas station and a Dollar General, but it's not terribly far from Lexington, which has some good food options. We stayed here because it was one of the only options in Winston-Salem area that was under $300/not sold out. That being said, the comforter could use replacing (just old and had runs and wear). It was clean though, nothing prestine, but the room was fine. There were some stink bugs in the room near the window, but that was the only real issue, but sometimes that happens. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but not bad.”

“Been going here for a long time remember when the kids were little now all grown up and some with kids of there own. When I started was Pastor Tommy Shortt now Bishop Tommy Shortt. Wayne Shortt has been our pastor a long time and a awesome pastor that gives the word and is lead by the holy spirit. Our family left once went to another church but we came back to From Behind the Veil. There arms open wide like we never left. The love and the sprit the church has is amazing. We love Pastor Wayne and sister Pamela Shortt . If you don't have a home church come on by once there you are not a stranger anymore we love everyone. God bless all.”

Their food is similar to cookout in style but fresh and much better. The flavor is there for sure and the quality as well. Overall very nice place and I will be going back soon!”
