Dr. Hess cured my eczema after doctors in Charlotte, Augusta, Winston-Salem, and Salisbury NC just gave me steroid cream to treat the symptoms. That was in 1994+/-. In 2012, I moved 2 1/2 hours west, tried someone in Asheville and decided I needed to stay with Dr. Hess. I’m willing to wait for an appointment and recently was offered to fill a cancellation so I could have something checked that I was afraid was serious. Just can’t say enough good about Dr. Hess and the staff. Needs 10 stars!

Very knowledgeable providers with excellent patient engagement

I am very happy to have found this office. I've tried several derms in the area over the past 2 years. I saw Carol today and she was great. I have a history of skin cancer and need someone who will take the time to be thorough. Carol was very thorough and personable. She also gave me some tips for other skin issues I have. I look forward to seeing her again and feel confident with her screening. The office itself is very clean and nice. All of the staff were great. My appointment was on time with only a short wait in the room. The only downside I see is scheduling is difficult as they are very busy. But that is the case for most dermatologists, so I am used to scheduling in advance.

Dr. Hess was recommended and I was really impressed with her knowledge and not only that her treatment she suggested worked!!! I do Recommend

If I could rate the facility a 10 I would!! The grounds, waiting area, and rooms are clean. I absolutely love the staff! They are so down to earth and personable. The customer service is amazing. Like any doctors office they do book quickly so calling ahead is important. I have been to 6 different dermatologists within 2 states and this by far is the best!
Dr. Kelly Crawford was able to resolve and sympathize my condition. What 6 doctors couldnt do within 4 years, she was able to do in 2 months!! She has an amazing personality and such a positive charisma. She helped me regain my happiness and healthy skin. Not to mention having my active toddler along for each appointment she was patient and extremely understanding. I will recommend this facility to friends and family searching for dermatologist!
