Combat Athletics

I enrolled my daughter here for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As an avid MMA fan I can't deny that this is a means of vicarious living , but I believe she's got natural talent for it. I was so impressed with the instructor, not only for his immediate 1 on 1 attention to assess her abilities on day one, but the fact that on her first day she was learning REAL Jiu-Jitsu. I watched her first class as she was welcomed by all (quite a diverse class for age). The instructor constantly made his way around to all paired groups to see proper technique displayed. I really think she has an amazing opportunity to become a skilled practitioner in the discipline, based on what I would consider to be skilled students in her beginner class, some of which were very young. I also felt the fees were quite reasonable.

I have wrestled here for 5 years now and have grown in endurance, understanding, and knowledge of wrestling. There is competition for everyone from beginning to national camps. They travel the country to tournaments so their wrestlers can get new looks at the competition and learn what only experience can teach them.
