They helped connect my iPhone to be able to message Android phones after 2 days of contacting Apple and Metro Customer Service experts, they didnt resolve the issue but going into this store and getting helped by Alex. It was a simple breeze for him to resolve the issue professionally and in a haste! It was incredible service, I'd certainly recommend any issues you have with your phone network associated with metro to be resolved here by these professional guys
