We purchased a 4 horse trailer with living quarters from these guys. We got a great deal & absolutely love the trailer. Josh was amazing and most knowledgeable.

Absolutely Phenomenal Experience!!

Our product specialist “Luis” went above & beyond, staying after hours to show us a Renegade motorhome. He had also printed off helpful resources, but most of all he was not pushy yet, made us feel so important as if we were family from the first time we met!

The business manager “Jordan” is simply amazing! She is an absolute expert in pairing the needs of the customer and ensuring the best possible options in the area of finance & extended warranty needs.

Then came the day of delivery! “Ashley” went the extra mile to celebrate such an exciting time for my wife and I. “Jerry” took all the time in the world, showing us us all the features and answering any & all of our questions.

I waited a while to post a review on my custom ordered ATC 3619 toy hauler;
But will give you my honest assessment after dealing with TOEC for the past year +…
I have had nothing but a positive experience with them..All people there are nothing short of amazing..
With supply chain issues affecting everything now, I had waited on my generator for almost a year..
But Marsha (head of the parts department) always kept me informed of status changes and updates..
I now consider her a dear friend… 😊
Ronald in parts recommended an auto repair place for my truck when I needed something looked at after showing up one day.. They were on top of their game too..
Daniel, head of the service department keeps things rolling daily (making miracles happen), and is always a pleasure to deal with.
Brandon and Jon (in the service department) are outstanding techs who’s hard work and expertise show in the work they perform..
Jerry in the delivery department gave me his personal number if I had questions about anything after the delivery..(I did, and he helped me numerous times).
Mark Boger was my sales person who I custom ordered my toy hauler from..
His knowledge and expertise helped me make all the right decisions when ordering different additions, colors and accessories..I wouldn’t have been as happy with this purchase had I not ordered it exactly how I wanted it..His experience delivered exactly that.

And I know I left quite a few names out too..But EVERYONE there knows their job, and performs it flawlessly!
There will always be some issues when making a large purchase like this; It’s how it’s handled after the fact..

The transaction was fast and smooth. After spending quite a bit of time shopping online, we decided to use trailers of the east coast. We had never visited the dealer before. It was clean, pleasant, and comprehensive facilities. Personnel were all very helpful and polite. They also worked quickly and efficiently to deliver our new trailer.
