The Service Department is amazing! I am a full time RVer and I called with a slide out that was stuck. They told me to bring it right in. The Service Manager Hawk and his crew immediately diagnosed the problem ( bad slider motor), replaced the bad motor and had us on the road so quickly that we still made it to our next stop on time. They even processed a claim through my extended warranty so the whole job only cost me the $100 deductible. While the crew was fixing the rig, Hawk even helped me out finding parts I needed for an in related problem and gave me a bunch of good info. If you’re in the Mocksville, NC area don’t waist time calling the big national chain RV place (they won’t answer the phone anyway) go see Hawk and company at Carolina Campers. They are the absolute best!

I love this place. Bought a used Tiffin Allegro Open Road from them. Poor baby needed a lot of TLC. Went in with the list and they took care of things. This is not a Big Box store. Service and Sales know us the minute we hit the door. Excellent communication and fair pricing. Face it. Most repairs are expensive but they work as efficiently as possible.

Jeremy is the best!! He helped us find the camper we ended up getting which was a Prowler. He was super knowledgeable and upfront about anything and everything we needed to know. We actually lived in our camper for 4 months while we were in between selling & building a house and it held up perfectly. We’ve only had a problem one time which was when we left the water heater on without the water pump being on but we’re able to call them and pick up the part we needed that day! Everyone at Carolina Campers is fantastic. We are always recommending them to our friends and family looking for a camper and if ever need be Carolina Campers will be the first place we go if we ever need another one!

Carolina Campers is your BEST choice to purchase an RV. My wife and I are lifelong campers having owned tents, pop-ups and a Class C motor home. We have purchased two Heartland RV trailers from Carolina Campers and each occasion was both professional in execution and excellent in price and availability. We searched the internet to thoroughly compare manufacturers and cost. We researched many customer reviews as to service. There are numerous dealers who will sell you an RV, but few offer and maintain excellent service after the sale. Our research regarding Carolina Campers inspired us to travel 3 hours from home to buy our Heartland RV. Paul, our salesman was attentive but not pushy. He promptly followed up with requested information and kept in contact with us during the entire negotiation – both on site and long distance. Once the contract was secured, Jason was meticulous in his execution of necessary paperwork to include financing and warranty details. Most importantly the service department has been and continues to be the best we have ever experienced with any vehicle. It all begins in the office with Stephanie and Taylor who greet you with a smile and a positive attitude - they want to help and they treat you like family. They schedule work realistically and “get’er done when they say they will. Whether a “wait” appointment or an extended service period, the work is accomplished on time and within estimated repair/or warranty estimates. All of the above is important, however, the attitude, experience and ability of the service technicians who help and encourage you after the sale are where the rubber meets the road. “Stuff” happens to RVs after the sale and some events may be owner caused and some are covered under warranty. All of these repairs fall to the technicians to fix. And Bo and Hawk are two of the nicest guys you would ever meet, who repair and maintain your RV investment. Each of these men has a positive and “Can Do” attitude and they are very open and honest about repairs and time to repair. They are all over your RV and want to get it fixed or repaired as soon as possible. They share information and are not hesitant in saying they need to research a repair or go to the manufacturer for clarification. They don’t mind if you hang out with them while they work – and they will stay late to get you back on the road if necessary – Wow. My wife and I are Happy Campers!

I can't say enough good things about Carolina Campers and RV. My husband and I purchased our new 2019 North Trail travel trailer from there and nothing to us but take it that same day we got it camping. Minor issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink - my husband fixed it for less than $15 and CC & RV told us to bring the receipt and they would take care of us. Perfect!! Nothing on the dealership, just a faulty coupling.
This past week we were going camping and leaving on Thursday morning, as us campers like to do we plug the camper up to start cooling the fridge on Wednesday evening and nothing...the check light came on and stayed on and the fridge wasn't cooling at all. It was too late on Wednesday to call them so Thursday morning I called and spoke to Wayne in service (I believe) and yes he suggested that we bring the camper in, however we weren't heading East, we were heading North. So, I asked Wayne if he could send someone out considering it was a month old and with No hesitation he said "Yes, I can do that!"
I gave him my directions, he told me he was sending someone and within an hour my husband is telling me the technician found the problem and would be back with the part. It was something regarding the fridge bottom board and they had never heard of it happening before and neither had we. We have owned a smaller travel trailer for the past 6 years and that camper has the Dometic fridge as well and never had the first issue.

I'm mentioning the issues because nothing is perfect, what is though is how (WE) the customers are treated and I would say The Looney's were treated perfectly!!!! No hesitation to get things fixed and or replaced in a timely manner!

    Happy Campers,
    Matthew & Tonya Looney
    Can't forget "Sadie"
