“My husband passed away in Feb. of 2021 and I had 4 memory bears made from the blanket that was on his bed when he was in Hospice. He was the most wonderful grandfather to our 4 grandkids and I ordered the bears for them. I'm making each grand a photo book as well, and will give them to the kids for Christmas. “3-29-22, Late Supper after grocery shopping. I stopped by for a small order (5pieces) of Crab Rangoon and an order of Sweet and Sour Chicken with Garlic Sauce instead of the red tangy sauce. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, so I sat at my usual table. The Crab Rangoon came out Hot in 7 minutes and the Chicken in another 5, so a full hot meal on the table in just over 12 minutes. I ate what I could, packed a togo box, paid, and left full & ready for a good night's rest.”

“I discovered this little gem by looking up local consignment shops. It’s on Cornatzer Road in Advance, and I had driven past it many times without even seeing it. That’s because it’s in an old gas station convenience store building, so the eye tends to slide past it. Once inside, my friend and I were amazed. Betty, the owner, has so much stuff in that smallish space! Classic old treasure hunt through full shelves and racks, every surface utilized and many-items deep. Some very interesting things, every type imaginable, new, very old and everywhere in between, not junk. We had such fun poking through everything, and wound up buying seven things. Her prices are amazing, and she has sales all the time. Betty and a friend who was there were a joy to talk to, and our visit just a total pleasure. I highly recommend this store, you never know what you might find!”
