When one of my dresses lost its sequins (because the dress was not dry-clean friendly), the owner found my exact dress online, ordered a new one and had it tailored for me at no charge! I was having wedding-dress pressing distress when David’s Bridal refused to press my gown because it had been altered elsewhere. John was able to get it done the same day. The dress came out perfect, and he was very friendly through the whole process. Helped me put the dress in my car, all that jazz. I’ll definitely be coming here for any other dry cleaning services I need.
