  From the initial estimate to the final box in our new home, JE Ladd was professional and efficient. David, Tony, and Trevor were prompt, efficient, and professional on move-in day. Jay was courteous and prompt with the estimating process (during the pandemic!), checked in the night before and after the move to make sure all went well. I've moved a lot over the years, and this was one of my best experiences. I'd recommend them to friends.

  We had such a great experience having our move performed by J.E. Ladd and Son. We had 4 movers and all were professional and really attentive to details and ensuring everything was moved and placed with care. They even went the extra mile to ensure our washer and dryer was positioned correctly and in working order before leaving. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their services!

  Ladd and Son moved our office from one side of Durham to the other. They moved the belongings of 8 staff and 10 years of accumulated furniture, boxes and materials. Everyone working on the moving team was friendly, happy to be there and extremely courteous. I highly recommend them and suggest you use them for moves large and small.

  I have had help with moving everything from heavy furniture to small household items. I can’t express how thankful I am for their professionalism, kindness and responsiveness. I got help with moving from 2 different locations more than 80 miles to a 3rd location. When I called suddenly with a request for a sudden need to change 1 of my moving days he was quick to make accommodations within a day.
  
  Items were placed exactly where I wanted them. I wasn’t even present to help or direct them where to place items but because of effective communication and listening to me everything was exactly where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged and my items were in perfect condition!!
  
  Thanks again for making a move have ZERO stress!! I have recently moved 3 times and this was the BEST experience!

  I can't recommend JE Ladd enough! From start to finish this was the smoothest move I have ever had. Communication with the company to organize the move with Cameron and Jay was straightforward, honest and easy. And the crew that did the work, Stevie and Tony, were OUTSTANDING! They were professional, kind and fast. And I have never had movers be so careful with my possessions! I will definitely use this company for future moves.

  We've worked with Rose City Labs for almost 5 years. We've seen them strive to provide higher and higher quality services and they're delivering. For example, they've invested in the right equipment, they have called us to ask questions and verify information, they help us stay compliant. They respond quickly when we have questions. They're always on time, have great communication for their arrival times and they've been flexible within reason with us when we're off schedule. They're efficient. They train new people well. Their employees say good things about them behind their back. Christian's responses to any question or issue has been above and beyond our expectations. We know there had previously been negative opinions of their work. What's important is they acknowledge were they can do better and they make changes to provide great services at reasonable prices. That's good business and creates good community - exactly what we need in this often turbulent and competitive career path of conventional and cannabis food and beverages.
