UPDATE: When TNP Fit switched up the format, I wasn't sure that I would go back. I had really liked the previous format and had never been a huge fan of spin classes which is what I thought it would be like. After waffling for a while and comparing TNP to other gyms, I decided to take the plunge and I am so glad I did. I like the Climbr so much more than a spin bike and there are still elements of the old TNP model baked in to the workout. Santese is a great trainer and I really enjoy working out with her. I would highly recommend this gym. Thanks Russ for welcoming me back - it felt like I never left.
TNP Fit is a great community gym that makes everyone feel like family. If a work out is too easy, they’ll make it harder. If a workout is too hard, they’ll make it easier. The trainers truly want everyone to succeed and I would recommend this gym to people just starting out on their fitness journey or who are already well into it. Russ and his staff (big shoutouts to Dre, Kaleb and Domo) are friendly and engaging and I guarantee you won’t regret coming in!
Just finished a class. Great atmosphere, instructors, and music. The workouts are efficient and challenging. The climber is low impact but high intensity! A huge plus to keep this as a longer term fitness option. Try a TNP class for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
I really enjoyed the workout!!! It was very challenging but it was everything I needed and I plan on coming in consistently!! Russ was a great instructor also! Very motivating when I felt like I wanted to pass out!!!
1. Lots and lots of workouts! 2. I am seeing gains since I started in January: following surgery a year ago I still couldn't jump without pain and was significantly weaker than before, despite regular strength training - after 2 months it's getting dramatically better. In general I am also seeing full body gains in strength, endurance, and even flexibility that I wasn't achieving on my own. 3. There is a community feeling, I see some of the same people regularly and I love that. 4. Trainers are great! They are helpful, concerned with safety and proper form, and they are fun people. 5. Its fun and challenging!
I absolutely love this place! If you are looking to start or improve your fitness journey, this is a great place to start. The trainers really care and want you to be successful. I can already tell a difference with my body and endurance and it hasn’t even been an entire month! If you’re looking for group classes and like the idea of having a personal trainer and/or accountability partner(s) this is the place to be. I have visited other facilities and this is by far the most innovative fitness facility in the Triangle!!! You will not regret your experience!!
