(October 27, 2020, 9:32 am)Dr Ruff is amazing, it’s so refreshing to have a physician who takes the time to know their patients. I never feel rushed when I am at my checkups. They staff is friendly and everyone seems like they enjoy working there. Highly recommend!

(December 15, 2017, 9:21 am)Dr Ruff is a great physician! You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She sits down with you and takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't rush through the appointment at all. Also, she always answers questions/concerns that I've sent her in My UNC Chart within a couple of hours. My only complaint is that it took 3 months for a new patient appointment but she was certainly worth the wait. There's a reason she is in high demand! Awesome doctor!
