  I closed on a house with Allen and Justin in March of this year. They were both super helpful, kind, and fast to respond. The home buying process can be extremely stressful, but Allen really was there to support me and my boyfriend throughout the whole thing. I actually had to find financing for the home I chose with a very tight deadline, and Allen was able to connect me with multiple great mortgage professionals who made the impossible happen. I would definitely recommend using this team if you’re looking to buy in the area. I know that I’m glad I did. Hopefully it’s not anytime soon… but I’ll be reaching out next time I want to buy Allen. Thank you guys. Writing this from my new house :).

  Allen was our buying realtor and is amazing to work with. Super down-to-earth and chill, and answered every question we needed, including some we didn’t know we needed! He is very responsive and made the whole process seem effortless, though we know that it is anything but! The entire team, especially Justin, was there for every step of the way, and if we need to buy or sell again in the future, we would hands down be coming back to them. We have and will highly recommend the Hunt Houses team to anyone about to go through this process. They are invaluable to have in your corner.

  Hunt Houses NC is such a pleasure to work with. Their experience, extensive knowledge in the area, and professionalism makes the process fun rather than stressful. Hunter provided us with the expert advice we needed on what it would take to get the home we wanted, and saved us from offering more money than we needed to just to get our beautiful home. Justin made all the paperwork so simple, and helped us understand the next steps under contract, the inspection report, and what we needed to do next to negotiate for repair costs. It has been nearly 2 years after we closed and we are still in love with our home, and look back at the house hunting period as smooth and easy as it could be. Buying a home is such an emotional process, but having the right team behind you makes the world of a difference. I can’t thank them enough, and will continue to recommend them to everyone as the best real estate team around.
