  I recently rented a car from Enterprise at the 4001 central expressway location.  Nickolas Richardi was over the top with customer service!  The other guy, who was the manager, not so much.  I needed to extend my rental a couple of days and so I called in and spoke with , not nick, but the manager.  The manager said sure and no problem.  Not one time did he ever tell me that my card would be charged again right then or the amount it would be charged.  The next day I looked at my account and there was a charge from enterprise for 82 dollars.  I called up and actually got Nick on the line.  This guy (nick) was so informational and helpful the rest of the way that it blew my mind.  My question to you is “Why isn’t Nick the manager there?”  You guys are blessed to have him as a hire there with Enterprise.  If I ever need help again I am calling and asking for Nick.  And if he ever leaves Enterprise then I would like to hire him for my own business.  Thanks Nick!!!

  This is my new shop for my '92 E30 convertible after the well-known "performance" BMW shop in Raleigh destroyed my cam rebuild with shoddy work (avoid them) and really poor knowledge of what they were doing. Euroclassics walked me through all the problems they found and did a thorough job cleaning up others' poor effort--the car runs like a dream now. A friendly father-son team run the shop and know their stuff--BMW, Mercedes, etc. Not necessarily cheap, but fairly priced for the level of work and knowledge.
